Spent the day with BPRs from ZBrush. I sculpted and printed this for a close friend. The style is based on marble statues. The filigree is based on Italian Rococo. While sculpting filigree for the first time was challenging, it took a fair bit of effort to make it work on a concave/convex surface. The bust and sword are based on their World of Warcraft character transmog set. I was able to persuade the client to allow me to apply a degree of realism. The motivation for damage on the base was to hide the keying for the print. The sword is meant to be the real object of the toon. Spent several hours imagining what would damage look like from in-game abilities/spells. The stand is modeled after the original one used for Uther in World of Warcraft.
